Jill has helped me buy my home. It was a busy time for home buying, yet she was always there ready to help with any questions I had. Since she does this full time the knowledge and experience is an advantage. She is a nice person. But she is a tough negotiator and will get you the best deal as a buyer or seller. I have used her for both and have had great results. I highly recommend Jill and Sage Coast Realty to any buyer or seller in North County.

I am so impressed with my realtor, Jill Magnuson. She made suggestions about things I needed to do (declutter) for preparation in selling my home. She scheduled an open house on a Sunday afternoon and we had 3 offers by Monday. I accepted an offer on Wednesday. The entire transaction was seamless including the inspections, and escrow. I really appreciated her warmth and professionalism. I feel this experience has given me a life long friend.

Jill Magnuson with Sage Coast Realty is a fabulous real estate agent. We highly recommend her if you're looking to buy or sell a house. She helped us buy our house in North County and we couldn't be happier with the level of service Jill provided. She was hands-on from day one and kept us informed every step of the way. She immediately responded to our every call and text, no matter when. She has over 30 years experience and has deep knowledge of properties and different neighborhoods. She gave us invaluable insights throughout the entire process and continued to check in with us even after we closed and received the keys. She never put any pressure on us to buy. She was frank in her assessment and she has great instincts. Most importantly, we trusted her judgment and her honesty. We cannot recommend Jill Magnuson highly enough as your real estate agent.

The absolute best! Hardworking and a GOOD PERSON. I met Jill by chance while trying to buy a condo in Escondido way back in 2009. It’s important that you understand that this is not her side hustle: she is EXCELLENT at helping people buy and sell homes because this is what she does for a living. Her roster of resources and knowledge become your asset when you’re working with Jill. Since 2009, she has helped me buy a starter condo, sell it, and then buy my dream home in Escondido. I can’t recommend her enough.

Jill is an awesome realtor! We thought that we were a year out from buying a house but said nailed it the first weekend. She’s very knowledgeable and was very patient with us. She gave us some things we should consider as we made our decision and felt that she went above and beyond to help us find our forever home. Thank you Jill, I’d recommend you to everyone.
